Five stoneware ceramics, enamelled in bleu de Sèvres, dialogue with the curved metal lines that try to break free from gravity’s pull. All along its 15 metres, the sculpture sits among the partitions of the garden’s tree-lined walkways.
Created for the Cours Cambronne during the 2016 edition of Le Voyage à Nantes, Cours à travers quickly became a permanent fixture in the gardens of Nantes’ Hôtel de Ville (city hall). It now has a permanent home in Parc des Oblates.
