État Six is a poetic exploration of the different phases of sleep. In this audiovisual experiment, Collectif Name takes Bernard Werber’s book, Le Sixième sommeil, as its starting point, in which he identifies six phases separating the act of falling asleep from being awake. As a narrative thread, a Moebius ribbon – a geometric shape evoking infinity – guides us through this journey out to the doors of perception.
